The Advantages of E Visas
The E visa called Treaty Trader and Treaty Investor is for a foreign national to enter the U.S. solely to carry on trade of a substantial nature and engage in trade principally between the U.S. and the treaty country of which the applicant is a national. Treaty investor is a foreign national whom has invested a substantial amount of money and capital into a U.S. business or enterprise and seeks to enter the U.S. to develop and direct the enterprise. It is based upon a treaty between the U.S. and the country which the applicant is a national. One may be an employee of a treaty trader or treaty investor.
The advantage of the E visas, in our lawyers' opinion, that it is a far more significant visa then regular business visas (B-1s) which creates an easier admission into the U.S. Other types of visas such as holiday visas, business visitor visas, or work permits are much more restrictive.
