Mr. Mora was born in San Jose, Costa Rica. At three years of age he arrived in the United States and has been a California Native ever since. Mr. Mora earned his Bachelor in Political Science and Spanish from the University of California, Davis in 2000. Mr. Mora was a member of the Delta Chi fraternity at UC Davis. Mr. Mora graduated from Southwestern University School of Law in May of 2004. During law school, Mr. Mora interned for HIV and AIDS Legal Services Alliance (HALSA) as well as El Rescate Legal Services, both of which specialized in immigration defense. Since his completion of law school, Mr. Mora has dedicated himself to the practice of immigration law and has done so for the past 5 years. Mr. Mora has represented hundreds of immigrants and their families before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service and before the Executive Office of Immigration Review in Immigration Court. Mr. Mora has also represented individuals before the California Superior Court.
